Laure CLOUWEZ has extensive experience in ticketing and customer management, currently serving as Chargée de la gestion technique de la billetterie at Culturespaces since November 2021, where responsibilities include configuring ticketing products across various cultural sites and facilitating the launch of new sites abroad. Prior to this role, Laure held multiple positions at Compagnie des Alpes from May 2011 to November 2021, focusing on ticketing configuration and CRM for major attractions, and has a foundational background in reservations and customer service at Parc Astérix.
