Tushar Kalia has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Tushar co-founded CultureMonkey in 2020 and currently serves as its Growth Co-Founder. Prior to this, they were the Head of APAC Business at Betterworks from June 2019 to May 2020. From August 2013 to July 2019, Tushar worked as a Senior Director at Goodera. Tushar also gained experience as a Sales Consultant at Solavision Australia from February 2013 to August 2013. Before that, they worked as an Analyst at Go Greena from November 2011 to January 2013. Tushar's professional journey began with a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Manchester from March 2011 to September 2011.

Tushar Kalia started their education at Jaypee University of Information Technology in 2006 and completed their studies in 2010.
