Kelley Blasco SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR consulting and partnership. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Consultant at Culture Works HR since April 2022, Kelley brings a passion for enhancing team member experiences and improving business performance. Previous roles include Senior HR Business Partner II at Oasis and Senior HR Partner at JSC Federal Credit Union, where Kelley provided strategic support to leadership and driven HR initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior HR Consultant for Tamburine HR Consulting, AIG, and BMC Software, among others, where Kelley focused on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Sam Houston State University.
