Thushyanthi Muruges, ACC, currently serves as the Equitable Design & Impact Lead for People & Experience at Culture Amp, where responsibilities include operationalizing the company's DEI strategy, authoring accommodation policies, developing training on disability inclusion, and formalizing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Previous experience includes roles as a Consultant and DEI Lead at Insight Data Science, where Thushyanthi launched startup companies and developed community initiatives. Additional experience includes positions as a Talent Strategist at Shift, Senior Associate at Perspective, and Operations Associate at the Spina Bifida Association. Thushyanthi holds a Master of Arts in International Development and Social Change from Clark University and a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies from Berry College.
