Thaddeus Rada-Bayne is an accomplished professional in the field of psychology, specializing in industrial and organizational psychology. Currently serving as the Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp since May 2022, Rada-Bayne previously held the position of Vice President of the Survey Team at Ferguson Partners. With a robust academic background, Rada-Bayne contributed as a Visiting Assistant Professor at North Central College and as a Lecturer at Augsburg University. Rada-Bayne's teaching experience also includes a role as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and consulting for the Institute for Psychological Research & Application at Bowling Green State University. Rada-Bayne earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University, where Rada-Bayne also completed an M.A. in the same field and holds a BA in Psychology from Roosevelt University.
