Ella McKinley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and environmental policy. Currently serving as Operations and Sustainability Lead at Culture Amp Foundation since July 2022, Ella previously co-founded Women in Sustainable Finance, a network advocating for sustainable finance and female empowerment, from March 2016 to January 2020. Prior roles include serving as an Ethical Investment Analyst at Australian Ethical Investment, where responsibilities included developing ESG investment screens for a $6 billion portfolio and addressing legislative panels on emissions transparency. Ella also contributed to climate change policy for the Australian Government and participated in Antarctic research on climate change impacts, among other roles. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and English Literature from the University of Adelaide, complemented by a Fellowship from the Centre for Sustainability Leadership.
