Edward Okoko is an experienced professional with a diverse background in agile coaching, project management, and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Delivery Lead at Culture Amp since October 2022, Edward coordinates delivery across teams and manages cross-camp dependencies for high-priority initiatives. Prior experience at Westpac New Zealand spanned from February 2006 to September 2022, where Edward held various roles including Acting Chapter Lead Agile Coaching, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Project Manager, focusing on customer value, continuous improvement, and effective project delivery. Edward's academic credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury and a BSc in Computer Science from UNSW.
