Bobby Melloy, PhD, serves as the Regional Director of People Science at Culture Amp since November 2018, leading a team responsible for people science activities and customer delivery across North America. Prior roles include Lead People Scientist, where Bobby utilized data-driven insights to enhance employee experience strategies, and Senior People Scientist at Stony Brook University College of Business, lecturing on Industrial-Organizational Psychology and related topics. Bobby's extensive experience includes teaching at Penn State University, assessing leadership development at PNC Bank, and conducting people analytics at Google. Bobby holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey.
