Mark Tercek advises the private sector on environmental strategy. He was previously the CEO of The Nature Conservancy (2008 - 2019) and a partner and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs (1984 -2008). He is the author of “Nature’s Fortune: How Business and Nature Thrive by Investing in Nature.” He serves on numerous non-profit boards including Williams College, Acumen, Resources for the Future, and Potential Energy.
