Angelique Wynkoop has extensive experience in education, currently serving as Secretary for The Reading League Virginia since June 2021, while also holding the position of Specialist in the Office of Special Education at Culpeper County Public Schools since August 1996. Angelique is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Literacy at the University of Virginia, expected to complete in 2026, and previously earned a Master of Teaching in Special Education from the same institution in 1996. Angelique holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Lehigh University, obtained in 1994.
