Cheryl McPhilimy is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategy and consulting. Currently serving at Culligan International since July 2023, Cheryl develops messaging strategies to enhance communication and employee engagement. As the Principal and Founder of McPhilimy Associates since 2005, Cheryl provides consultancy to executives and specializes in presentation preparation. In academia, Cheryl has been a vital part of Loyola University Chicago since 2006, contributing as an instructor, adjunct faculty, and director of internship and career services. Additionally, Cheryl offers career coaching to alumni of the University of Michigan and has served on the board of directors for Delta-Therm Corporation from 2012 to 2022. Cheryl holds a Latin and Psychology degree from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Writing from Northwestern University.
