Dries Indesteege serves as the Head of Telecoms at Cullen International since October 2008, where responsibilities include tracking, analyzing, and benchmarking regulation in telecommunications, media, digital economy, and postal sectors across diverse regions. Previously, Dries held various roles at Cullen International, including Principal Analyst and Senior Analyst, focusing on regulatory monitoring in multiple sectors. Dries's earlier experience at Belgacom spanned from September 2002 to September 2008, with roles ranging from Senior Regulatory Advisor to Management Trainee, all aimed at ensuring the profitability of investments in a regulated industry. Dries holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Birkbeck, University of London, as well as qualifications in Organizational Leadership from London Business School and a Master of Science in Engineering from KU Leuven.
