Antoine Jefferson is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in food service management and culinary arts. Currently serving as Food Service Director at Culinary Services Group since July 2021, Antoine previously held the position of Catering Executive Chef at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services from October 2019 to July 2021. Additional roles include Food Service Manager at the University of North Texas, Sous Chef at SAGE Dining Services, and various positions at several restaurants and cafes.
