Olena Smith is an experienced quality assurance and quality management professional with a strong background in developing and implementing quality control systems across various industries. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Cuisine Solutions since June 2023, Olena focuses on maintaining high-quality standards in the manufacturing environment. Previous roles include Quality Manager at Medtronic, where Olena developed and maintained QMS documentation ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, and Senior Quality Manager positions at MHP SE and Wings Group, which involved leading food safety implementations and reducing customer complaints. Olena holds a PhD from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine and has obtained multiple relevant certifications, including the SQF Certificate of attainment and a Global Standard BRC qualification.
