Liliya Maskovcevs is an experienced professional with a strong background in member engagement, development, and grassroots coordination. Currently serving as the Member Engagement Director at Christians United For Israel since April 2015, Liliya has previously held various roles within the organization, including Congressional Liaison Development Associate and Congressional District Grassroots Coordinator. Earlier experience includes serving as Advancement Manager at the Institute of World Politics, where Liliya successfully contributed to a comprehensive fundraising campaign raising $11 million. Additional roles include Child Sponsorship Associate at Dalit Freedom Network, and internships with the U.S. House of Representatives and US-Ukraine Foundation. Liliya holds a BA in Political Science from American University and an AA in Social Science from American River College.
