Paula Clode currently serves as the Head of Operations at Cucumber since July 2023. Previously, Paula held the position of Commercial Manager at UBCO - Utility Electric Vehicles from September 2021 to August 2023 and worked as Financial Controller at Independent Stevedoring Ltd from April 2015 to September 2021. As Chief Financial Officer at Auckland ICT Services from September 2006 to April 2015, Paula implemented a transformative weekly reporting system that significantly aided the company's financial stability. Additional roles include Director at YMCA Invercargill in 2007, Chief Operations Officer at Gen-i from December 2003 to September 2005, and General Manager at Computerland Southland from June 1995 to 2003. Paula's early career began as a Trainee Accountant at Harrington & Partners from April 1990 to June 1995 while pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce. Educationally, Paula enhanced leadership skills through a program by Core Consulting in 2014 and completed secondary education at Southland Girls' High School from 1986 to 1990.
