Daniel Burns, JD, MBA, CPA, serves as Chairman and Director at CubicFarm Systems Corp., while also holding the position of CEO at NDC Solutions Inc. since 2015. With a legal career that began in 1994, Daniel has acted as an Independent Director and Chair for Zenabis Global Inc. and was a Director at Battle North Gold Corporation, where Daniel chaired the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee. Past roles include Directorships at The Co-operators, Desjardins, Accend Capital Corporation, the World Council of Credit Unions, and the Co-operative Development Foundation of Canada. Daniel holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, a Global Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen, and a Juris Doctor from The University of British Columbia, among other educational qualifications in corporate governance and economics.
