Radhia Azzouz is a technical leader with extensive experience in software engineering and team management. Currently serving as Technical Team Lead at Cubic Telecom since April 2024, Radhia previously held positions as Tech Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Getvisibility from March 2020 to March 2024, and as a Post-doctoral Researcher at the University of Limerick. Radhia's earlier role as Senior Software Engineer at Tunisie TradeNet involved optimizing a web-based application for international trade documentation in Tunisia. Radhia Azzouz holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on evolutionary approaches to dynamic multi-objective optimization from the High Institute of Computer Science and Management, where prior degrees were also earned. Additional training includes public speaking and various software development courses.
