Jennifer Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and change management. Currently serving as Managing Consultant and Head of the Business Analyst Practice Area at CubeMatch since December 2023, Jennifer previously held the position of Business Change Manager at AIB from September 2000 to December 2022. In this role, Jennifer specialized in Customer Service, People Management, and Payment Operations, with particular expertise in SEPA, reconciliations, SWIFT payments, and compliance with ISO standards and AML legislation. Jennifer's prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager in the Payments Services team at AIB from January 2019 to December 2021. Jennifer holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Change from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, earned from September 2020 to January 2022.
