Leo Krizhanovskiy

Customer Success Manager at Cube Dev

Leo Krizhanovskiy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Leo started their career in 2015 at Research Now as a Backend Programmer, where they eventually took on the additional responsibilities of client communication and project management. In 2018, they joined Mobsted as the Head of Customer Success, where they focused on creating a positive customer experience and implementing a knowledge base. Leo then moved on to LoyaltyPlant in 2019, working as a Customer Success Manager and leading the development and launch of white-label mobile apps for global food chains. In 2021, they joined AppFollow as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for onboarding customers and ensuring platform utilization. Leo achieved significant growth in annual recurring revenue and won the 2021 AppFollow hackathon. Currently, Leo works at Cube Dev as a Customer Success Manager.

Leo Krizhanovskiy obtained their diploma in Information Technology from Seneca College from 2012 to 2014. Leo then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Management and Finance at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University from 2018 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Leo also obtained several certifications, including "Introduction to Software Product Management" and "Software Processes and Agile Practices" from the University of Alberta in January 2021. Leo also holds a "MRS Certificate in Market and Social Research" from the Market Research Society (MRS) obtained in May 2017.
