Samantha Konstandt is an accomplished professional in event planning and sales with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Local Marketing at Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar since November 2017, Samantha coordinates private events across multiple locations and collaborates with operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Event Designer at Main Event Caterers, where Samantha specialized in corporate and non-profit events, and Regional Senior Sales Manager for Richard Sandoval Restaurants, overseeing private events in Washington, DC. Samantha began a diverse career in event management as Government Events Manager at Experient and has held various management and assistant roles in other organizations. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Kent State University.
