Prior experience includes roles at Bell Media as a Promotions Coordinator, where Mona enhanced station ratings and revenue through effective promotions and social media engagement. Mona's background also encompasses positions at Carleton University Students' Association, insideOTT, and Nordstrom, with a foundational education in journalism from Carleton University, complemented by a high school diploma from the American School of Kuwait.
