Xavier P. serves as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer and Sustainability team leader at CTTI - Centre de Telecomunicacions i Tecnologies de la Informaci贸 since November 2010, where responsibilities include implementing the Government of Catalonia's open data strategy and redesigning applications and infrastructures. Additionally, Xavier P. holds a professor position at ESADE Business & Law School, teaching digital business in the Master on Digital Marketing program. Previous roles include serving as a member of the evaluation committee for the Smart City World Congress and teaching telecommunications at La Salle BCN and Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull. Earlier career experience at Generalitat de Catalunya-CTTI focused on designing telecommunication networks and strategic consulting. Xavier P. holds multiple degrees, including a PDD from IESE Business School and a Master's in Telecommunication Business Administration from Universitat Ramon Llull.
