Randall Glanders has a diverse background in engineering and accounting, with extensive experience in both the automotive and RV industries. Currently serving as an Engineering Technician and Quality Analyst at CTS Corporation since March 2015, Glanders has previously held positions such as Cost Analyst at Jayco, Inc. and Cost Accountant at both CrossRoads RV and Travel Supreme, Inc. Additional roles include serving as a Senior Engineering Technician at ETI and BOM Specialist at Jayco, Inc. Glanders began a career as an Electrical Technician at Crown International, and has built a strong foundation in cost estimation at Indiana Plastics, Inc. Glanders is an integral member of new product development teams, particularly in automotive actuators. Education was completed at DeVry Institute of Technology.
