Shlomo Kroopnick's work experience includes various roles and responsibilities in different companies. In 2016, they served as an Intern at Iris Holding Group and later became a Division Director at Camp Mesorah from June 2016 to August 2017. From December 2017 to June 2019, Shlomo worked as an IDF Infantry Soldier in the Givati Brigade, receiving the Award of Excellence for their performance during basic training. Shlomo then served as an Executive Board Member, University and Pre-Army Department, at Here Next Year (Nefesh B'Nefesh) from August 2019 to June 2020. From September 2020 to January 2021, they were an Executive Board Member at Mizrachi OU JLIC Herzliya. Shlomo also worked as a Customer Success Intern at Dialogue from March 2021 to June 2021. Currently, they are employed at CTRL+V, starting as a Project Coordinator from November 2021 to December 2022, then becoming an Information Technology Project Coordinator from August 2022 to December 2022. Lastly, Shlomo holds the position of Senior IT Project Coordinator at CTRL+V from December 2022. Additionally, they have ongoing service as an IDF Infantry Soldier in the Reserves.

Shlomo Kroopnick pursued their education in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration at Reichman University from 2019 to 2022.
