Herve Picon has extensive experience in the industry, having worked at CTLpack since July 2000 in various roles such as Directeur site, Responsable flux industriels, and Responsable d’unité de production. Prior to that, Herve was a Régleur at L'Oréal from May 1999 to June 2000 and a Technicien de maintenance at Merck from May 1996 to June 1998. Herve Picon obtained a Dut genie électrique et informatique industrielle from Iut Montluçon in May 1995.
