Roshan Balakrishnan is an experienced technology and network management professional with a strong background in IT support and administration. Currently serving as a Network Administrator at CTL Engineering, Inc since January 2007, Roshan maintains multi-platform servers and leads a remote support team while assisting employees with various devices. As the Owner of Portacol Consulting, LLC since April 2013, Roshan specializes in technology management for small businesses, offering planning, installation, and support services. Previously, in the role of IT Manager at Celmark Development Group, Inc from February 2004 to April 2013, Roshan provided comprehensive support and planning for servers, workstations, and mobile devices. Additionally, experience began as a Server at Bistro 2110 Blackwell Restaurant from 2003 to 2005. Roshan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Otterbein University, obtained between 2011 and 2015, and has a prior education foundation from The Ohio State University.
