Aleksander Borkowski is an experienced professional in business development and talent acquisition, currently serving as Associate Director of Business Development & Client Management at CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services since June 2023. Prior to this role, Aleksander worked as a Business Development Manager at PrimeVigilance Ltd., focusing on business opportunities and strategy in Europe. With a strong background in recruitment, Aleksander held various positions at Pharm-Olam, LLC, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing the recruitment process across Europe and the US. Previous experiences also include roles at Microsoft and Covance, where expertise in sourcing and recruitment was developed. Aleksander earned a Master’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw.
