Pete Hoffman currently serves as an Operations Manager at Cegeka, where responsibilities include developing Statement of Work documents and leading key operations-related projects to enhance processes. Previously, Pete worked at L3Harris Technologies as a Network Planning Engineer, collaborating with FAA engineers to resolve complex issues and mentoring personnel. At Ciena, Pete held the position of Americas Senior Training Manager, creating customized training programs to improve project deliverables. Pete began a career at Nortel Networks as a Technical Trainer, delivering training on Optical and Ethernet systems and setting up lab equipment. Pete holds a Baccalaureate in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University.
