Filip Werkers has extensive experience in IT Service Management and Business Intelligence, serving as Delivery Director at CTG since April 1998. Responsibilities include managing the ITSM business unit by overseeing business plans, budgets, revenue, headcount, and partnerships, as well as developing service portfolios and strategic visions. Additionally, Filip held the role of Business Intelligence unit manager, focusing on similar management tasks and developing the BI service portfolio. Filip also worked as a Project Manager and Business Consultant, leading various data-related projects and consultations on information needs and data management strategies. Since February 2022, Filip has also served as Legal Manager at CTG Belgium. Filip holds a Master’s degree in Law from Ghent University and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Antwerp.
