Robert Czapla possesses extensive experience in process roles within the manufacturing industry, currently serving at CT Automotive since February 2020. Prior to this position, Robert held the title of Process Technician at Philips from May 2016 to January 2020 and has accumulated significant experience as a Process Technician at Skar Precision Mouldings Ltd (2006-2016), Wader-Woźniak sp. z o.o. (2005-2006), and Segu Polska Sp. z o.o. (2003-2005). Robert began a career in the field at Krespol, where duties ranged from Process Technician to Supervisor between 1996 and 2003. Robert is a graduate of the Secondary Technical School of Mechanical Engineering, holding an NVQ Level 2 in Mechanical Engineering attained from 1992 to 1996.
