Erin O'Brien is an experienced legal professional with a career spanning over two decades at CSX, where roles have included Associate General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, and Senior Counsel since 2002. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at CSX Transportation and as an Associate at McGuireWoods from 1997 to 2001. Erin O'Brien began a legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of Federal Claims from 1995 to 1997, following a tenure as a Communications Specialist at the United Shareholders Association from 1987 to 1993. Erin O'Brien holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida.
