Megan Sullivan Toe is a professional with extensive experience in public health and program management. Since April 2016, Megan has served as the Manager of the Substance Use & Injury Program at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists. Prior to this role, Megan was a Senior Program Associate for the Mental Health Liberia Program at The Carter Center from November 2012 to April 2016. Additionally, Megan worked as the Assistant Director and Interim Field Director at The Niapele Project from 2008 to 2012, where responsibilities included creating and monitoring program budgets and providing management support for a rehabilitation center for children with disabilities. Megan holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from The University of Georgia, specializing in Community Empowerment and Program Development.
