Jian GUAN is an experienced project manager currently working at CSTB since November 2018 in various capacities including Chef de projet for the Laboratoire Urbanisme Multicritères et Intégré and urban strategies. Prior to this, Jian GUAN held roles as Chargé de projet focusing on urban strategies and eco-cities, specifically collaborating with the Chinese Society for Urban Studies and PDAA architects on projects in China. Jian GUAN gained early experience as an intern at CSTB, contributing to eco-city projects, and has worked with GAD Shanghai and SPL Le Bourget on significant urban planning initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Mastère Spécialisé in Urban Planning from École nationale des ponts et chaussées, a Master in Architecture from ENSA Paris-Est, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Landscape Architecture from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology.
