Driss SAMRI is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management, particularly within the fields of health, comfort, and infrastructure. Since September 2019, Driss serves as Directeur Opérationnel at CSTB, overseeing the Health-Confort Division and managing budgets, performance, and human resources across five operational divisions. Previously, Driss held key positions at Cerema as Directeur de département, where responsibilities included leading multidisciplinary teams on various transportation and infrastructure projects, and as Chef de service, focusing on building construction. Earlier experience includes directing engineering studies for the DIRECTION INTERDEPARTEMENTALE DES ROUTES MEDITERRANEE and research at INSA Lyon. Driss holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctorat in civil engineering materials and a specialized Master's from École nationale des ponts et chaussées.
