Charline McKissick is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at CST Savings Inc since October 2019, Charline previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Rubin Thomlinson LLP. Charline's career also includes significant tenures at International Financial Data Services as Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Facilities, and at Mercer as Vice President of Pension Services. Early roles include Senior Consultant at Solutions CAN and Manager of Client Services at OPSEU Pension Trust. Charline's strong educational background includes a BA from Western University and various certifications in human resources, business communications, and change management. Charline is actively involved with the Society for Human Resource Management.
