Rachel Rucker is an experienced case manager currently working at Community Support Services - Summit County since September 2021. With a background in customer service from Cardinal Health and extensive roles at Oriana House, Inc. including Admissions Assistant, Intake Specialist, and Electronic Monitoring Technician, Rachel has developed comprehensive skills in client assessment, program placement, and report writing. Previous experience as a case manager at Connections Health Wellness Advocacy and as direct care staff at Inclusive Solutions has equipped Rachel with the ability to manage large caseloads, educate clients on medication compliance, and assist in preparing clients for independent living.
