Rob Kilbourne has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing and VP-Asia Supply Chain and Managing Director at CSS Industries, Inc. since December 2011. Prior roles include Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Paper Magic Group, Director of Manufacturing Planning, Customer Care, and Inventory Control at Cleo Wrap, and President/Owner at MarCo-plus, LLC. Rob has also held significant positions at LESCO, Rose's Stores, and Macy's Department Stores, where responsibilities spanned material planning, inventory control, and merchandise planning. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Tech and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Virginia Highlands Community College.
