Prior to Csopharmitalia, Massimo worked at Pfizer SPA as a Group Area Manager, responsible for a diverse product portfolio and the management of multiple area managers. Early career at Pfizer included roles as Area Manager across several therapeutic areas, achieving notable rankings in national performance. Massimo's career began at Menarini S.R.L, where foundational roles as Scientific Informer and Area Manager were established. Massimo holds a diploma from Liceo Scientifico.
