George Gadd has extensive experience in emergency communications and public safety management. Currently serving as a Mobile Command Van Technician at CSMI since November 2011, George operates and maintains a fleet of mobile command vehicles for the Department of Homeland Security, with a focus on providing emergency communications across three western states and nationally. Additionally, George has held multiple roles in the Town of Los Gatos since November 1978, including EOC Manager and Reserve Police Officer, offering technical expertise in Computer Aided Dispatch and 9-1-1 Technologies. Previous positions include Training and Quality Assurance Manager and Emergency Contingency Coordinator at the San Jose Police Department, where George developed standard operating procedures and managed significant communication projects. George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Saint Mary's College of California and an Associate in Arts in Administration of Justice from De Anza College.
