John M OConnor is an experienced project manager currently serving in the Department of Engineering at CSM Group since 2015. In addition to this role, John M OConnor has been the owner of O'Connor Managerial Consulting since March 2008, specializing in project management and serving as an independent owner representative and construction manager for various commercial, industrial, and retail construction projects. Prior experience includes working as a commissioning engineer at Hallam-ICS from 2015 to 2016 and as a construction manager and project coordinator at Ithaca College from 2008 to 2013.
