Jennifer Monk is an accomplished IT Project Manager at CSM Group since September 2021, overseeing IT construction projects for Consumer's Energy to support the company's goal of net zero carbon emissions by 2050. With a strong background in program and project management, Jennifer has held various roles, including Program Manager at Pomeroy, where responsibilities included managing service delivery for global Fortune 500 clients and leading a support team of approximately 115 technicians. Previous experience includes serving as Associate Director of IT Site Services at Charles River Laboratories and managing significant service desk operations for Peckham, Inc. in partnership with the United States Department of Agriculture.
