Eric Fay is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience at CSL, currently serving as Senior Director of Late Stage Development Finance. In this role, Eric acts as the Finance Business Partner to the Enterprise Head of Alliance Management and R&D leadership, focusing on financial oversight of alliances, particularly with Arcturus and sa-mRNA technology. Prior positions at CSL include Director of Supply Chain and Procurement Finance, where Eric partnered with key executives to drive financial decision-making, and Senior Manager in various finance roles across E2E Operations and Accounting, where Eric led initiatives such as SAP implementation and financial reporting. Eric began a career in finance at Campbell Soup Company as an Audit Associate.
