Charles currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Esports at Playfly Esports. Prior to this, Charles was the Vice President of Sales at Fanalytical and held a Director role at The Aspire Group Inc. Additionally, Charles has experience in client development at the Philadelphia Flyers and as a Music Touring Agent at APA. Charles holds a Master of Business Administration from Alvernia University, a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Penn State University, and a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Maine.
