Elliot Lavallin is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in the battery materials sector, currently serving as Associate Director at CSG Talent since September 2017. In this role, Elliot leads initiatives related to the entire battery value chain, including mining, refining, cell manufacturing, and battery recycling, while also overseeing scrap and precious metals recycling and mineral processing. Prior to this position, Elliot worked as a Business Manager at Metropolitan Police from September 2004 to September 2017 and held various roles at BMW Group from 1999 to 2004, starting as a Technician. Elliot's educational background includes studies at Kingston University.
