Kristin Thorness Gilda serves as Associate General Counsel and Chief Counsel at CSG, providing primary legal counsel to the Payments business, particularly for CSG Forte Payments Inc. since its acquisition in 2018. Prior to this role, Kristin was General Counsel at Forte Payment Systems (formerly ACH Direct) from March 2005 to October 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at IPAC from 1995 to 1998 and as a Paralegal at Chart House Enterprises, Inc. from 1987 to 1988. Kristin holds an LLM in International Law from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in European History from UC San Diego.
