Stephanie Ueberall is an experienced professional in the field of juvenile justice and community programs, currently serving as Deputy Program Director and Project Manager at The Council of State Governments Justice Center since September 2019. Previously, Ueberall held the position of Director of Violence Prevention at the Citizens Crime Commission of New York City, where focus was placed on community-based solutions informed by research. Early career roles include Senior Program Analyst at Esperanza NY, Inc., Research Project Coordinator II at UMass Medical School, and educational roles at Yale University and Social Advocates for Youth. Ueberall holds a Master’s Degree in Community Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, complemented by studies at Universidad de Oviedo.
