Dyon Reinshagen has extensive experience in the field of physical education and sports officiating. Currently serving as a Docent bewegingsonderwijs at CSG Het Noordik since March 2022, Dyon also holds the position of Assistent-scheidsrechter within the KNVB's Talententraject Betaald Voetbal since May 2021. Additional roles include membership on the youth committee of Scheidsrechtersvereniging Enschede & Omstreken, active since March 2019, and a Combinatiefunctionaris with Sportaal until May 2022. Dyon has previously taught at various educational institutions, including Het Stedelijk Lyceum and several primary schools in Enschede, while also gaining practical experience as a keukenmedewerker and facilitair medewerker. Dyon Reinshagen holds a Bachelor's degree in Leraar 1e graads in Lichamelijke Opvoeding from Windesheim and has completed a minor focused on buurtsportcoach practices.
