Rian Kennedy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the legal and data governance sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Legal Hold Sales at DISCO since February 2022, Rian previously held the position of Senior Consultant at Congruity360 from August 2017 to February 2022, focusing on data governance solutions that enhance enterprise data security and decision-making. Prior to that, Rian was the VP of Business Development at Advanced Discovery, where responsibilities included collaborating with litigation teams on eDiscovery resources. Rian began the career as an Account Executive at Whitmont Legal Technologies and has also worked as a PE Teacher at Liberty Christian School. Rian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Biola University, earned from 1998 to 2002, and attended Christian Academy in Japan from 1995 to 1998.
