Joshua Record is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global IT Infrastructure & Support at DISCO since November 2022, Joshua leads the IT team in enhancing systems and support processes while facilitating the opening of international offices. Prior to this role, a successful tenure at UFCU spanned over 15 years, where positions included IT Manager, Lead Systems Engineer, Sr IT Service Desk Analyst, and Financial Service Advisor III. Throughout this time, Joshua focused on ensuring optimal technology experiences, strategic planning, budgeting, and the effective operation of numerous retail locations and devices, while fostering a culture of adaptability and positive team engagement.
